Costa Rica’s now legendary Micromill revolution birthed the honey process: removing the top layer of the coffee cherry without washing off the remaining fruit before drying.

Dotted across Costa Rica’s Tarrazú region, several masters of the honey process technique are also our longest-running partners.

WHAT TO PREPARE

  • Make sure you have dosed and ground your coffee before the event starts, following the guidelines in the Cupping Guide (included in your event kit) 
  • Pre-boil your kettle, you'll need around 1L of hot water
  • Have two spoons and two extra mugs or glasses to hand
