CELEBRATING COSTA RICA
Costa Rica’s now-legendary Micromill Revolution birthed the honey process: removing the top layer of the coffee cherry without washing off the remaining fruit before drying. Several masters of the technique are also our longest-running partners, dotted across Costa Rica’s Tarrazú region.
Come and cup with us on Saturday the 7th of October, to taste four distinct honey-processed coffees - white, yellow, red and black - exploring the spectrum of flavours created in this intermediate technique between washed and natural.
Spaces are limited to 30 people per group, you can join us for the 10:00 am or 2:00 pm cupping session. Please use the scroll-down button to select a time slot.
For those who can’t make the roastery cupping, we’ll be hosting the same event virtually. With four honey-processed coffees to taste side by side, join us to learn more about our longstanding partnerships and Costa Rica’s rich coffee culture.
All cupping kits will be shipped by the 6th of October and will contain 4 x 50g coffee samples, 1 x Square Mile pencil and a cupping book, plus a QR code with all your event details, including your Zoom link. If you would like to add a cupping spoon, scroll down to select the Cupping Kit + Cupping Spoon.
The session will also be recorded and shared within one hour of the live stream, should you not be able to make the live event.
Kit only: £25
Kit + spoon: £33
